e-Conveyancing

State of the nation

Following the passing of legislation enabling electronic conveyancing, Andrew Campbell of Hunt & Hunt gives a summary of the progress which has been made by the various Australian states and territories in implementing electronic conveyancing. In another earlier article the question of “E-conveyancing – what does it mean for your business?", is discussed, with reference to the following three key points and an informative list of other considerations:

  • whether one likes it or not, it is time to adapt and embrace this significant change.
