Subdivision/General Plan/Diagram

When a piece of land represented on a general plan is to be subdivided, a small-scale diagram for the piece of land must be lodged together with the subdivisional diagram. To update the title deed in this regard, it must be endorsed as follows:

The within mentioned property is now indicated
On diagram
SG ………………… approved by the Surveyor General
on ………………….
And filed with Deed of Transfer T ……………/
herewith
REGISTRAR OF DEEDS
DATE:
-------------------------------------------

In respect of subsequent transfers of the remaining extent, the extending clause of the remaining extent must refer to the diagram and not the general plan.
