Two questions

I have the following two queries to put to the readers:

Paragraph 51(2) (b) (ii) of the Eighth Schedule of the Income Tax Act is the section that includes Trusts in the moratorium. My interpretation of this section is that the moratorium does not apply to Testamentary Trusts (Trusts created in a will). Do the readers agree with me?

When are they going to abolish Rule 63 of the High Court Rules. A person who signs a Power of Attorney to give transfer in Johannesburg or any other place in South Africa does not need his signature authenticated, but when the same person is signing in London, Perth or Timbuktu, he needs authentication of his signature. Are people more honest when they are in South Africa than when they are out of the country?
