Chief Registrar's Circular No. 10/2013 - Change of name concerning Exxaro TSA Sands (Pty) Ltd to Tronox Mineral Sands (Pty) Ltd

Exxaro TSA Sands (Pty) Ltd (Registration Number 1998/001039/07) has changed it name in terms of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act No. 71 of 2008),to Tronox Mineral Sands (Pty) Ltd (Registration Number 1998/001039/07) with effect from 20 July 2012.

Chief Registrar's Circular No. 11/2013 - Registration of First Rand Bank Limited and termination of Absa Bank Limited as trustee of collective investment scheme - Emira Property Scheme

The appointment of Absa Bank Limited (Registration Number 1986/004794/06) as a trustee of Emira Property Scheme has been terminated in terms of the provisions of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 2002 (Act No. 45 of 2002), with effect from 16 November 2012, and FirstRand Bank Limited (Registration Number 1929/001225/06) has been appointed, in terms of section 69(2)(b) of the abovementioned Act with effect from 17 November 2012.

A caveat must be noted, in all deeds registries, against the name of Emira Property Scheme to the effect that all the relevant title deeds/bonds must be endorsed (whenever lodged in the deeds registry for whatever purpose) to indicate the termination/appointment of the new trustee.
