Chief Registrar's Circular No. 19/2013 - Registration of FirstRand Bank Limited and termination of Absa Bank Limited as trustee of collective investment scheme - SA Corporate Real Estate Trust Scheme

The appointment of Absa Bank Limited (Registration Number 1986/004794/06) as trustee of SA Corporate Real Estate Trust Scheme, has been terminated in terms of the provisions of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 2002 with effect from 16 November 2012 and FirstRand Bank Limited (Registration Number 1929/001225/06) has been appointed, in terms of section 69(2)(b) of the same Act as the new trustee with effect from 17 November 2012.

Chief Registrar's Circular No. 20/2013 - Termination of Absa Participation Bond Fund Collective Investment Scheme and cession of participation bonds to Absa Bank Limited.

Absa Participation Bond Fund Collective Investment Scheme ('the Scheme') has been terminated in terms of section 102 of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 2002 (Act No. 45 of 2002), with effect from 1 September 2013.
