Chief Registrar's Circulars 16-17/2005

Chief Registrar's Circulars Nos. 16 and 17 of 2005 were issued on the 2nd and 19th of December last year respectively. Circular No. 16 states that Registrar's Conference Resolutions will be effective from 2nd January of the year following such conference.

Circular No. 17 withdraws the following 26 Chief Registrar's Circulars:
4/1950, 12/1950, 1/1952, 1/1954, 1/1958, 2/1958, 3/1958, 4/1958, 1/1963, 1/1966, 2/1967, 3/1969, 7/1971, 4/1974, 5/1975, 2/1978, 1/1979, 1/1981, 4/1982, 6/1983, 4/1987, 15/1990, 16/1990, 9/1993, 9/2001 and 7/2004.
