An updated application form was necessitated by the conversion from current systems to the ISIS system and for the need to cater for current and future enhancements to the section 118 process. Benefits will include reduced turnaround times for Section 118 applications, speedier updating of ownership records and ultimately improved refunding of any credits on final accounts.
