Pietermaritzburg Registrar's Circular No.4 of 2008 - clarifies uncertainty on First Transfers in terms of Section 64(1) of the Development Facilitation Act No 67 of 1995. It has been decided that either Form "E" or Form "DDD" can be used in terms of the Deeds Registries Act when passing transfer.
